Rewards and verification

Fair use
Duplicate accounts, automated activity, fraud, manipulation, or attempts to bypass promotion limits may void entries and rewards.

Redemption review
A promotional entry, virtual balance, or displayed reward does not by itself complete a redemption. The applicable rules, account eligibility, required verification, and CitySpin server records determine whether a request can proceed.
