Wallet
The CitySpin account area that shows available balances and eligible account actions. A supported game's balance can be separate from the balance shown in CitySpin.
Transfer
Moving an eligible balance between CitySpin and a supported game account when that action is available. A game transfer is not a bank transfer.
Redeem
A request to exchange eligible SC under the current Sweepstakes Rules and account requirements. Submission does not guarantee approval.
SC
Sweepstakes Coins are the promotional currency used for eligible sweepstakes play on CitySpin, subject to the current Sweepstakes Rules. SC are distinct from GC.
GC
Gold Coins are virtual entertainment coins used for free-to-play social casino gameplay. GC have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.
Game balance
The balance shown inside a supported third-party game. It can be separate from the CitySpin wallet and may need an eligible transfer back before a CitySpin redemption can begin.
Game credentials
The separate username and password used to open a supported third-party game account. They are not the same as the email and password used to sign in to CitySpin.
Transfer back
Moving an eligible game balance back toward the CitySpin-managed account flow. A transfer back is not itself a completed CitySpin redemption.
Cash out
An informal term that can refer to different steps, including returning a game balance or requesting a redemption. Check which record and support owner controls the step in question.
Support owner
The party able to inspect and change the relevant username, transfer, payment, or redemption record. The support owner normally depends on who created the account or processed the transaction.
Agent or operator
A person or service that may create a third-party game login or manage a related transaction. Different agents or operators can control separate records for the same game platform.
CitySpin-managed account
An account or transaction record that CitySpin created or processed and can investigate within its systems. It does not include records controlled only by another provider.
APK
An Android application package used to install an app. Do not install a game APK unless its source, destination, package identity, version, signer, and account compatibility have been verified.
Device profile
A file that can configure or manage settings on an iPhone, iPad, or other device. Review the source and requested control before installing a profile, and remove an unexpected profile through the device settings.
Access route
The app, browser URL, or device-specific path tied to a particular game account. A link that works for one provider's account may not work for an account created elsewhere.
Pending status
A non-final transaction state. Preserve the reference, time, amount, and message shown, and avoid repeating the action until the responsible party can confirm its outcome.
Transaction reference
An identifier attached to a payment, transfer, or redemption record. It helps the responsible support owner trace the action, but it does not by itself prove that every receiving ledger updated.
